About:
Tavern Tactics is a tactical board game created by a collaborative team of fourteen people. This project was made using the Unity3D engine and scripted in C#. It combines elements from games like Battle Chess and Final Fantasy Tactics. Tavern Tactics uses a 3D, rotatable game board with 3D movable units.
The team consists of: • Four Game Designers • One Programmer • Five Artists • Four Animators |
Tasks Performed:
• Designed the project along with 3 other individuals.
• Gave creative and constructive criticism and direction throughout the duration of the project. • Scripted user interface functionality, menu screens, camera zoom, and implemented billboarded health bars and sound. • Imported character animations and set animated transitions between states. • Created design documentation, screen mockups, and flow charts. • Organized and coordinated milestone deliverables and presentations. • Managed and tracked project timeline and tasks using MS Project. • Created test cases and bug reporting documentation. |
